After almost doubling the volume of its transactions since 2014, Reece Commercial Real Estate (RCRE) moved into new offices at 8005 W. 110th Street in Overland Park, Kansas. The larger space reflects RCRE’s rapid increased success and expected future growth.

RCRE has facilitated many significant commercial real estate transactions recently, including a 106,000-square-foot distribution center in Lenexa, Kansas, a 155-acre land sale in Gardner, Kansas, the sale of a 45-unit apartment complex in Lawrence, Kansas and a 57,000-square-foot office building sale in Kansas City, Missouri. In addition, RCRE was chosen as the exclusive leasing and sales agent for the soon-to-be-developed Gateway Sports Village, a 00 million soccer, retail, hospitality and residential development in Grandview, Missouri.

RCRE Senior Vice President and Managing Broker, John Stacy, SIOR, joined the company in 2015 after more than 30 years in the real estate business. He was recently inducted into the 2016 Midwest Real Estate’s Hall of Fame.
