With a record 193 participating restaurants in this year’s Kansas City Restaurant Week, it’s hard to choose where to go! Fortunately, the restaurants participating in 2018 KC Restaurant Week span the entire metro area, so chances are there’s one within minutes of your front door. But Restaurant Week is also the perfect time to get out and try something new, too! Below is a curated list of some Restaurant Week menus that tempted our taste buds and put these restaurants on our Restaurant Week dining schedule.
KC Restaurant Week runs from Jan. 12-21, 2018, and 10 percent of the proceeds from all KCRW meals will benefit three local organizations: Kansas City Community Garden, the Kansas City Regional Destination Development Foundation, and the Greater Kansas City Restaurant Association Educational Foundation.

Wedge Salad – Artisan Romaine with Roasted Tomatoes, Pickled Red Onion, and a Blue Cheese Fondue
Dry Aged Duroc Pork Chop – Served with Stockyards Rye Porter Demi, Sweet Potato Pave and Asparagus
Vanilla Crown Royal Crème Brûlée with Macerated berries

House Salad – mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, onions and provolone cheese
Chicken Prosciutto Tortelloni – handmade Tortelloni stuffed with chicken and prosciutto in a marinara and cream sauce
Cheese Tortellini – homemade four cheese tortellini in a white cream sauce
Cannoli – pastry shell filled with sweet ricotta, chocolate chips and topped with powdered sugar
Insalata Casa – iceberg and romaine lettuce with crushed artichoke hearts, red onion, pimentos and Parmigiano, all tossed in a red wine vinegar and olive oil
Pasta Vitale – whole wheat rotini, Italian sausage, kale, in a tomato cream sauce and topped with eggplant chips
Chicken Vella – lightly breaded and sautéed with fontina cheese, mushrooms, garlic and onions and finished in a spicy Cognac cream reduction. Served with linguini in olive oil and garlic.
Rack of 3 Onion Rings – sweet colossal onions, hand-breaded
Spinach Salad – strawberries, maple spiced pecans, bacon, feta, red onion, sweet vinaigrette
