At ReeceNichols, we take pride in rewarding lives—the lives of our agents, our employees and the families who put their trust in our hands.
In 2015, we launched Rewarding Lives Day as a way of expressing our gratitude to our communities. To celebrate Rewarding Lives Day, our agents and employees are encouraged to give back. Over the past few years, offices have hosted food drives and blood drives, raised money for local schools, volunteered their time at area charities and much more.
With more than 2,900 agents in Kansas and Missouri, we recognized it’s not possible to benefit every organization that our agents care about on a company-wide level. That’s why, in 2018, we formed the Community Involvement Committee. Comprised of brokers, leadership and employees, the Community Involvement Committee is charged with designating company dollars to donate to causes near and dear to our agents’ hearts. Since 2018, we’ve benefitted dozens of organizations throughout Kansas and Missouri.
In 2020, we launched the Gold Key Project, a pilot program to benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities of Kansas City. Each home purchased or sold with a Gold Key agent allows a family with a hospitalized child to stay one night at RMHC-KC. Therefore, we get to guide people on their journey home while providing a home away from home.
