As Chairman Emeritus, it is my privilege to guide the company to provide a personalized experience that is rewarding for our clients, agents and employees. My exciting career in real estate began as a sales associate, then Branch Manager, and then President of ReeceNichols in 2005. In 2013, I also became CEO.
I appreciate networking in Kansas City and in the real estate industry, and have been named to the KC Business Journal Women Who Mean Business and Swanepoel Power 200. I also enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends.
As President and Chief Executive Officer, I spend my days ensuring the long-term health of all our companies by assisting our team of managers, agents and employees with business issues, ensuring we are innovative and progressive, and creating our vision for the future. The most rewarding part of my job is working with agents to help them become more profitable and efficient.
I joined the company in March 2007. After graduating from William Jewell College, I worked in banking, then spent 15 years with Hallmark Cards working on the real estate end with Crown Center Redevelopment. I enjoy spending time with my wife and two boys. In my spare time, I like to golf, exercise and travel.
I’ve lived in West Plains my whole life. I started in the real estate business in 1994, at Westgate Better Homes and Gardens. During that time, I also worked full-time as a West Plains police officer. In 1997 I purchased the Westgate Better Homes and Gardens office, sold and brokered it through growth and name changes to GMAC Real Estate and was able to obtain the top market share. In 2010, we affiliated with Carol Jones, REALTORS® and I became the president, selling Westgate to HomeServices. I’ve been married to my incredible wife, Andrea, since 1994. We have five amazing children: Taylor (now selling at RN West Plains), Tyler, Macie, Mia and Tayt. I’m an avid boater, and I’m active in my kids’ activities, including coaching Tayt’s traveling baseball team. I’m also a reserve police officer and licensed pilot.
As Chief Legal Officer, I provide legal support and guidance to our agents, our managers and our various business units and subsidiaries including brokerage, title and escrow, commercial and franchise operations. On any given day, you might find me presenting at an office sales meeting, teaching agents in our training facilities, answering questions when deals get sticky, helping agents guide their clients or reviewing vendor contracts in connection with ReeceNichols’ latest efforts to provide our agents and clients with cutting-edge tools.
Prior to joining ReeceNichols, I worked as an attorney at the Polsinelli PC law firm in the Financial Services Department and at Sprint supporting the commercial sales and product development teams. I was born and raised in Iowa, and I moved to Kansas City immediately after graduating law school. I am a loyal Cyclone fan and proud to be a Kansas Citian.
I have the exciting responsibility of leading the creative direction of ReeceNichols and managing the talented marketing team. I’ve worked in the real estate industry since 2007 and love this business. I understand the important role agents play and the impact they make on the lives of our consumers. Anytime we can provide resources that help make our agents’ lives easier, it’s a win.
I grew up in Nebraska and earned a bachelor’s degree in business with an emphasis in marketing and a Master of Arts with an emphasis in international business from Doane University. I also have my Kansas real estate license to keep a better pulse on the ever-changing world of real estate. I’ve called Kansas City home since 2010 and love every bit of this city. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling with my husband, Jacob, and long games of fetch with our dog, Henry. We make frequent trips to Nebraska and Iowa to visit our families, too.
As part of ReeceNichols’ ongoing mission to grow with and reflect the communities we serve, Fabián will initially focus on our local Hispanic community. We are excited not only to embark on this journey to better serve and reflect our local community but also for the competitive edge these efforts will bring ReeceNichols in the future as our metro population continues to grow more diverse.
Born and raised in Mexico City, Fabián earned a Bachelor of Art in International Relations from the Universidad del Valle de México. He’s worked for the Consulates of Mexico in Kansas City and El Paso and at Hispanic marketing firm. His experience coordinating binational events, building and strengthening community partnerships and developing marketing strategies will help us expand our footprint throughout the region and serve more Kansas Citians.
In his spare time, Fabián loves playing and watching soccer, as well as trying new foods. Every time he says “football,” he means what only we in the US call soccer!
As the Vice President of Business and Lead Development, I lead a dedicated and experienced team to redefine how we organize and account for all company-generated leads and explore innovative business opportunities that directly benefit our agents.
I joined ReeceNichols in 2011 and originally specialized in working with investors, leasing and property management. Prior to ReeceNichols, I enjoyed working with Toyota North America for 10 years in Los Angeles with roles including District Sales Manager as well as Customer Care Field Manager. We successfully launched customer-centric processes to balance volume and the dealership experience. When not at work, you will find me with my favorite people, ideally traveling and eating something delicious!
After working as an agent and broker with ReeceNichols for 17 years, I moved to the home office to manage Centralized Processing. I enjoy attending Royals and Mavericks games and spending time with my three children and six grandchildren.
I joined ReeceNichols in 2002 and am proud that our company leads the real estate market in Kansas City. As the Human Resources Manager, I perform the administrative functions for recruiting and hiring staff; managing compensation, benefits and safety; ensuring regulatory compliance and handling employee relations.
Kansas City is home to me. I grew up in the roller skating industry and then worked in sports administration at the NCAA for several years. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
I have over a decade of real estate experience ranging from marketing and IT, to closing day formalities. I am a southern Missouri native. When I’m not at the office, you’ll find me spending time with family and friends, playing golf, or cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs.
I ensure that the accounting staff receives the training and tools necessary to get our agents paid, and employees and vendors reimbursed. I also report to our parent company how awesome we are as a company! I enjoy working with people to solve challenges, and making people smile. But most of all, I love spending time with family and friends.
I am a native of the Springfield area, and live here with my wife, Stacy, our three daughters, and our basset hound. I started in real estate in 1994 as a mortgage loan officer, and got my real estate license the next year. I worked through most positions in the real estate industry over the next 23 years, including being a Broker-Owner of a franchise company until 2015, when I came to Carol Jones, REALTORS®, now ReeceNichols Real Estate. I love working with agents and brokers, developing pathways for their career to develop to their objectives, and using technology to make that development flexible for their busy lives.
As Digital Strategies Manager, I strive to ensure that our agents have the online tools and resources they need to assist their clients throughout the entire home buying and selling journey. In 2012, I began working as a member of the Support Center here at ReeceNichols and have truly grown my expertise and knowledge about technology and real estate.
In my free time I love to travel with my husband. I have been to three different countries and 14 states, and hope to continue experiencing new areas. I am also an avid DIYer and have created personalized superhero themed décor for my son.
As Regional Manager, my duties are to use my 40 years of experience in real estate to assist and coach our fabulous managers and to help, create and present new training programs for the company. I began as a sales associate, which led to my promotion assistant manager. For the last 30 years, I have been able to manage one of the largest offices in the company. I now work side-by-side with Linda Vaughan, Mike Frazier and Amy Ringsdorf, and together, we are constantly looking for new ways to keep our company moving forward.
In my spare time, you can find me perfecting my swing on the golf course, enjoying the country, road trip style, or relaxing on the beach, all surrounded by my wonderful husband, children and grandchildren.
I am thrilled to be leading the New Agent / Mentor initiatives that includes a 5-day Instructor led ReeceNichols Advantage, Fastrack to Success and Certified ReeceNichols Consultant. Finally – for the on-going training for our agents is Certified ReeceNichols Consultant training – that encompasses innovative prospecting to building clients for life.
As VP of Operations, I manage branch office remodels and relocations, as well as capital improvement orders and major spends within the office. I live in Overland Park with my wife, Stacy, and our four daughters ranging in age from seven to 13. When not watching or helping coach the kids’ sports, I enjoy spending time at the Lake of the Ozarks and following the local sports teams. I hold a B.S. in Business Marketing from Miami University and an MBA from Rockhurst University.
As Corporate Counsel, I provide legal support and guidance to our agents, our managers and our various business units and subsidiaries including brokerage, title and escrow, commercial and franchise operations. My daily routine ranges from answering agent questions to assist them and their clients through the transaction when needed, visiting with our agents during onsite sales meetings, reviewing vendor contracts and staying abreast of the many rules and regulations facing our industry.
I have been in the real estate legal field for the past ten years. Prior to joining ReeceNichols, I worked as a Supervising Attorney for SouthLaw, P.C. in the Loss Mitigation Department and at Nations Default Services supporting a nationwide network of creditor’s rights attorneys. I attended the University of Kansas School of Law and quickly fell in love with the Kansas City area. I am a Colorado native and also love calling the mountains my “home!” I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband and daughter in my spare time.
As Vice President of Information Technology, I lead our dedicated team in creating and delivering industry-leading online systems and resources that help our agents drive business and our customers throughout their home buying and selling journey.

I am a life-long Kansan and have had the pleasure of calling Kansas City home for more than a decade. When not with my ReeceNichols family, I enjoy spending time with my husband traveling, hiking and cheering on K-State Football. I am also a voracious bookworm and amateur genealogist.

I joined ReeceNichols in 2003 after five years as a software analyst at Black and Veatch. Before that, I was in law enforcement in South Dakota for 15 years before going back to school for an Information Systems degree at Dakota State University. When I am not solving technology challenges, I enjoy winemaking and smoking brisket, pulled pork and ribs. I have been married to the same wonderful woman for over 30 years, who is also a ReeeceNichols agent out of Lee’s Summit. We have three great kids and two spoiled Shelties.
I am a native of St. Louis, and that is where I began my real estate career in 1987. I relocated to the Branson/Table Rock Lake area and opened my own real estate company called Tri-Lakes REALTORS® in 1995. HSoA purchased my Company in 2012, and I moved to Carol Jones, REALTORS®, which is now ReeceNichols Real Estate!
